Problem description
When you try to play a video from the DVD drive it judders or intermittently jumps forward.
Steps to resolve the problem
Some notebook and desktop computers are fitted with very slow DVD-ROM drives. We have even seen this problem with some modern low-cost computers from reputable manufacturers, This can cause problems when playing the videos. If you have this type of DVD-ROM it will also be incapable of displaying regular DVD movies on your screen. There is a very simple solution to this problem. Simply install the videos on your hard drive and do not attempt to run them directly from the DVD. Watch the first video: Setting Up Your Computer for instructions on how to do this.
